IMPORTANT NOTICE
Every year Tucson hosts a convention called the Gem and Mineral Show which exhibits and solicits precious stones and artifacts from around the world. This is a very special event which happens once a year. To accommodate for the number of travelers staying with us, the following rates and policies will take effect between January 27 - February 13.
RESERVATIONS
- Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
- Reservations for 6 nights or less can be made beginning January 1st.
- Reservations must be paid in full within 2 weeks after sending an email confirmation.
- Reservations after January 15th can be paid in full upon arrival, using only cash or traveler's checks.
REFUNDS
- Guests can only receive a full refund if canceling before January 15th.
- No refunds after January 15th.
RATES
Dorm Rooms: $35.00/night
Private Rooms: $80.00/night
TO MAKE A RESERVATION
- Date of Arrival/Departure.
- Number of people you are bringing, citing the number of men and women.
- How many nights you plan on staying.
- How many dorm beds/private rooms you wish to reserve.
