IMPORTANT NOTICE
 
Every year Tucson hosts a convention called the Gem and Mineral Show which exhibits and solicits precious stones and artifacts from around the world. This is a very special event which happens once a year. To accomodate for the number of travelers staying with us, the following prices and policies will take effect:
 
- Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis. 
 
- Reservations for 7 nights or more must be paid by January 15, 2009. Personal or traveller's check, money order or cashier's checks are accepted. Credit cards not accepted. 
 
- Reservations for 6 nights or less can be made after January 1, 2009 and must be paid in full upon arrival.
 
- No refunds after January 15, 2009
 
- Dorm Rooms are $35.00/night, Private Rooms are $80.00/night

- Date of Arrival/Departure.
 
- Number of people you are bringing, citing the number of men and women.
 
- How many nights you plan on staying.
